Festival of Trees: Creating Winter Wonderlands - Date 12-01-2009

The 6th annual Festival of Trees: Creating Winter Wonderlands. This family event benefits the Rescue Mission's Bethel Village home for women and children. Deadline for entry forms is Oct 23rd. NEW! Designers of full-size trees must attend one of two designer meetings: Oct 28 at 11:30 am or Oct 29 at 6 pm. Full-size and table-top trees, wreaths and wall-hangings, centerpieces, and gingerbread houses will be on display and auction at the Marina Civic Center Dec 1-4.

Run With The Son - Date 11-21-2009 9:00:00 am

5K run or walk, 1 Mile Fun Run. Down and back course which is stroller friendly. $15 registration fee for 5K, $10 for Fun Run. Fun for the whole family. Concessions will be available. T-shirts for the first 50 to register.

The 5th annual Christmas At The Fair will be held at the Bay County Fairgrounds. The juried show features a variety of over 60 talented artist from around the South. Expect to browse and buy this show all day, as you can find anything from high end and high dollar art to inexpensive trinkets. Artists will be selling fine art, jewelry, pottery, stained glass, wood and metal creations. Come join us; bring your family and friends, and enjoy this exciting shopping experience at Christmas At The Fair. Admission is one canned good.
